Account Deletion
Learn how to delete your NotifyPush account and what data will be removed.
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to proceed before deleting your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
Email, display name, profile picture, and authentication data
All topics you have created and their configurations
All API keys including master keys and scoped keys
All notification messages and delivery records
FCM tokens and device associations
Message counts, API usage history, and analytics
How to Delete Your Account
1 Delete via Mobile App (Recommended)
- Open the NotifyPush app on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by typing "DELETE" when prompted
- Tap "Delete Forever" to confirm
2 Delete via Web Dashboard
- Sign in to the web dashboard
- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision in the dialog
3 Request via Email
If you cannot access the app or dashboard, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to ktharsanan@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours
After Deletion
- Your data will be deleted immediately from our active systems
- Any scheduled notifications will be cancelled
- All API keys will stop working immediately
- You can create a new account with the same email if you wish to return
